Helping Teens See the Future

This program offers teens and young adults fun-filled school breaks where they also can develop a variety of skills.

About Dream Teens

Our Dream Teens program encompasses several fun activities designed to help teens and young adults with disabilities realize their potential and explore possibilities for the future.

  • Dream Teens is offered during spring, summer, and winter school breaks.
  • Dream Teens pairs activities with experiences in the community to help participants engage with the community while developing social skills and skills for independence.
  • Teens and young adults ages 14 to 22 with an IEP, 504 Plan, or other disability documentation are eligible to participate. We also offer a Mini Dreamers program for ages 6 to 13 with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
  • Dream Teens also provides summer internships for incoming juniors and seniors. This program provides students with an opportunity to work part-time throughout the summer. Students will learn professional behavior and dress, increase customer service skills, and opportunities to budget wants/needs and much more.
  • This program is offered through Medicaid waiver services; limited scholarships are available.
