For more than 35 years, we have provided an extensive slate of recreational opportunities for people with disabilities.
Learn More About CARF!
While recreation may sound like it’s all fun and games, these activities are an integral part of a holistic approach to an independent and fulfilling life. Participants learn about community resources and develop social skills, life skills, communication skills and relationships.
Our recreation calendar features activities and events throughout the year such as movies, concerts and theater performances; sports events such as Mad Ants basketball, Komets hockey and TinCaps baseball games; outings to area festivals and museums; bowling leagues; and more.
Special Olympics
Although we are not a provider for Special Olympics, we do work with other organizations to ensure that the individuals we serve have opportunities to compete.
