Our on-site clinic was built to serve people with disabilities, creating a welcoming and accessible environment to ensure the safety and care that our consumers deserve.

About the Clinic

The on-site clinic is open to all individuals served by Easterseals Northeast Indiana.

The clinic is open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Advantages:

  • Convenient location in our Coldwater Road building in Fort Wayne, just inside Entrance 11
  • Welcoming environment
  • Fully accessible exam rooms with special lifts and exam tables

Services:

The clinic staff can:

  • Provide on-site exams and physicals, as well as telehealth services
  • Diagnose and treat illnesses and chronic conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, lab work, and x-rays
  • Prescribe medications
  • Address psychiatric needs
  • Administer COVID tests
