Behavior Solutions

Our team will address behaviors which affect the ability to integrate into the community and reach personal independence goals. Some behaviors that might be targeted include aggression, poor social skills, being off-task, self-injury, and poor emotional regulation. Our Behavior Consultants will work to determine the behavior’s cause and design positive interventions and alternatives.

The process starts with an interview to find the best match between the individual and one of our behavior consultants. The consultant then helps the individual and family create a road map to reach goals.

Because our behavior consultants value and respect the whole person, appreciating the complexity of  their life and environment, we provide training and education for the entire support team to ensure everyone is collaborating toward the individual’s success.

For children who are still in school, our behavior consultants will share their findings and the Behavior Support Plans they formulate with the child’s school to further build a community of collaboration.
