Fort Wayne, Ind. — Stacey Duell has been promoted to vice president of programs for Easterseals Arc of Northeast Indiana, and Allison Turner has been promoted to regional director of employment services for Easterseals Northern Indiana.
Both roles are newly created positions, and the promotions were effective July 18.
Duell will be responsible for program operations and support for all Easterseals Arc locations, which include Easterseals Arc in Fort Wayne, Easterseals Passages in Columbia City and Easterseals RISE in Angola and Auburn. Duell has 13 years of experience in disability services including a total of six years with Easterseals Arc, most recently as senior director of community supports.
Turner will provide leadership and guidance for employment services throughout Easterseals Northern Indiana, which includes all Easterseals Arc locations and Cardinal Services based in Warsaw. Turner has served Easterseals Arc in a variety of roles over the past eight years, most recently as director of employment and transition services.
